When a customer buys a Kubota they expect five things: Quality, Durability, Performance, Reliability and Serviceability.
At Kubota we believe that our service support should be as good as our products. That's why we created the Kubota Five Star Service Certification Program, to ensure our customers receive only the finest service.
Kubota Five Star Service Centre Dealers are inspected and assessed every two years by Kubota's own national service department to ensure they have the skills, training and resources to efficiently service the products they sell. In turn, this ensures that customers will receive the very best service whenever they purchase a product from a Kubota Five Star Service Centre Dealer.
Certified Kubota Five Star Service Centre Dealers must maintain more than 150 standards in the following five areas:
FACILITY - The dealership must have the required facilities and workshop to service the Kubota products.
TOOLS - The dealership must have the required special tools to service Kubota products.
STAFF - The dealership must continuously employ an adequate number of full time qualified service staff including a service manager to service Kubota products.
OPERATIONS - The dealership must have the required processes in place to achieve the operational standards set by Kubota. This includes a commitment to pre-delivery and correctly installing each machine sold. This also means the dealership strives to achieve a minimum customer satisfaction score of 90%, and is proactive in completing all factory recall campaigns within a timely manner.
TRAINING - The dealership must continuously ensure an adequate number of service staff are trained on the Kubota products they sell. This commitment means that the dealership will send staff to annual training programs at Kubota's National Training Institute based in Melbourne.
